I would like to acknowledge the goodness of using your Breakdown 365 service.
It was around midnight, when I was driving on Kanakapura road with my famil and my car went over the divider and got struck. I could not move my car and at that time there was no mechanic available and no car repair shop was open. Then I called up breakdown 365. They were there in 30 minutes and took care of my car by towing it to my house.
I would like to appreciate and thank them for attending to my call promptly and taking care to drop family member’s home.

This is in appreciation of all the help and assistance that was provided by Breakdown 365 a couple of days back when I got struck on a rainy day with an empty fuel tank stretch of the ring road where there was no fuel/petrol bunk in right.

I had two excellent experiences with Breakdown so I’m writing to let you know how pleased I am with the service that you offer.
The first incident was major accident in Indiranagar, where my driver side window was shattered by an oncoming motocycle. Naturally I was in a state of shock and it made my life much easier that Breakdown 365 arrived within ten minutes. While I was negotiating with the police, they took away my car, repaired the problem that had caused the accident and to my surprise even cleaned up all the shattered glass that had accumulated in the front seat. I came back to find a car that had no reminders of the accident. The service was very professional and the staff worked quality and helpfully to restore my car and my nerves to a much better state.
The other incident was when battery ran out while I was parked at the Leela. It was around midnight when I discovered I could not move my car. So I called Breakdown 365 and by the time I’d had a cup of coffee, they had arrived with all the necessary equipment. They fixed my car again with the same professional and competent manner that I’d come to appreciate with Breakdown365. And soon I was on my way.
Both incidents would have been very difficult and stressful to handle on my own. And Rs.999 seems a very small price for me to have someone who is good at their job and has a pleasant manner handle everything from end-to-end. I’m sure that I will need the service again and it will be nice to have the peace of mind of knowing that I can get excellent, prompt and reliable service from Breakdown 365.
